Since its nearing the end of the season it seemed like a good idea to get out when there was wind. By the time I was out on the water the wind was already dropping. But I got a few good rides and a nice session. Time on the water is never wasted.
One thing that felt a little odd was the foil seemed to want to keep nosing up all the time and I had to keep fighting it to stay down. It was a bit easier to stay in control when there’s less wind, but it lead to shorter on foil times.
Still, it was great to get more time on foil and I was making it all most all the way across. This feels like it sets me up really well for next season and for heading to other spots not just the main one.
