Trying to catch up on the sessions I’ve missed. The first was when I stayed in that room above the garage for 2-3 days I think. And then the second session was when I stayed in that room that doesn’t really have a view but I can see the river when I walk to the edge of the parking lot. I don’t know exactly but each of those is at least 1-2 sessions. So I could just say 4 give or take. That will make Friday the 10th the 5th session of this season. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Looking at iwindsurf it says the wind for Friday was only around 15kts but gusting to 20 something in the afternoon, the time I was most likely on the water.Looking at the Garmin heart rate I can’t even tell when I was on the water! I suppose maybe that’s a good thing. But I recall feeling over powered sometimes and I had taken out the 3.5 because the door test showed me it was windy enough. I guess if I go out on a day over 20kits I’m going to need something smaller than a 3.5! But Friday was pretty epic. I recall getting up on the foil every time but I didn’t have the starboard tack down yet. I’m glad spending time the last few days helped me get that going a bit better!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
One thing that I do recall about Friday. The car wasn’t fully charged so I wasn’t sure how all that was going to work out. But driving down I recall being happy, singing in the car and just feeling this overall sense of being content.
