Trying to go upwind only meant more and more weeds. Can&#8217;t count the times I got flung and catapulted off the board! But, it was still a great session. The wind was gusting to 27mph and so all I had to do was hang on to the 3.5 and I was flying. Getting better at heading upwind and just overall control<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At one point I was taking a break and the wind was just whipping along the jetty and I couldn&#8217;t help but just grinning. Pretty sure it&#8217;s the biggest grin I&#8217;ve had on my face in a long time. Takes me back to this idea about being wind powered.
